It was likely created as a permanent solution and containment for soycucks with no sexual restraint and spammers from the Sharty who kept switching IPs. Unlike the Sharty's /nate/ (proceed with caution) which has a similar purpose, only ~2 people use this board seriously because the Shemmy isn't full of sexual degenerates like the other site.
